By placing an order with Picture Perfect, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

Picture Perfect provides services including photo digitization, video digitization, digital organization, and other related memory-preservation services where offered.

Service availability, pricing, processing times, and supported media formats may change from time to time.

Ownership of Media

By submitting photographs, videotapes, or other materials to Picture Perfect, you confirm that you own the materials or otherwise have the necessary authority to have them digitized.

You remain the owner of your original media and the content contained within it.

Pricing

Photo Digitization pricing is based on the actual number of eligible photographs processed and the applicable pricing tier.

No Upfront Payment Required

Customers are not required to make any payment when placing an order.

Once your photographs have been received and counted, your final order total will be calculated based on the actual number of eligible photos and the applicable pricing tier.

For example, if you submit 250 eligible photographs at $0.15 per photo, your total digitization cost will be $37.50, excluding any applicable delivery fees.

You will receive an updated order confirmation showing your final total before your completed order is returned.

Payment Upon Delivery or Pickup

The full order amount is payable in cash upon delivery or self-pickup.

Pricing for videotapes is calculated separately according to the prices displayed when the order is placed.

Estimates

Any quantity provided by a customer before pickup is considered an estimate.

Picture Perfect will determine the actual quantity during processing, and the final price may therefore differ from the initial estimate.

Original Media Condition

Old photographs and videotapes naturally deteriorate over time. Picture Perfect will take reasonable care when handling your materials, but we cannot guarantee that fragile, previously damaged, deteriorated, mold-affected, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised media will withstand normal handling or digitization.

Customers should inform us of any known fragile or unusually valuable materials before pickup.

Digitization Quality

We aim to produce high-quality digital copies, but the final quality is dependent on the original material.

Digitization cannot necessarily recover information, detail, color, audio, or video that is missing or severely damaged in the original.

Photo restoration, where offered, is a separate process and does not guarantee perfect reconstruction.

Processing Time

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Large collections, damaged media, technical difficulties, or other circumstances may require additional processing time.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Digital File Delivery

Customers are responsible for downloading, reviewing, and backing up their completed digital files after delivery.

Picture Perfect is not intended to serve as a permanent storage or backup provider.

Final Payment

Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the payment terms communicated for your order. Picture Perfect may require the remaining balance to be paid before final digital files and/or original media are delivered.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to decline material where processing or possession would violate applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Picture Perfect takes reasonable precautions when handling customer media. However, photographs and videotapes may already be fragile or deteriorated due to their age, storage conditions, previous damage, or other circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Picture Perfect will not be responsible for deterioration or defects inherent in the original media or for circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Acceptance

By placing an order, submitting media, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
