Shipping policy

Because Picture Perfect is a digitization service, our fulfillment process involves the collection and return of your original photos, videotapes, or other physical media rather than traditional product shipping.

Pickup

After your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange collection of your media.

For Photo Digitization orders, pickup is generally arranged within 1–3 days after the order is placed.

Pickup times may vary depending on your location, availability, holidays, weather, demand, and other circumstances.

Pickup Areas

Pickup and delivery are available only in supported areas.

If your location is outside our standard service area, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether collection can be arranged and whether additional charges apply.

Preparing Your Photos

Please place your photographs securely in an envelope, album, box, or other suitable container before pickup.

If your photos have a particular sequence or organization that you want us to maintain, please tell us before collection and clearly separate or label the relevant groups.

Videotapes

Please clearly identify or label your tapes whenever possible. If you have tapes in different formats, you may contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can digitize them.

Processing

Once your media reaches us, it will be prepared and processed according to the service purchased.

For photo orders, we will count the eligible photographs being digitized and calculate the final amount according to the applicable pricing tier.

Returning Your Originals

After processing, your original photographs, videotapes, or other physical media will be returned according to the delivery arrangements made for your order.

Please inspect your returned media when you receive it and contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue.

Digital Delivery

Your digitized files will be provided through the delivery method specified for your service, which may include secure digital transfer or another agreed method.

Pickup & Delivery Charges

Any applicable pickup or delivery charges will be communicated during ordering or before collection.
