How It Works

Preserving your memories is simple. Choose your service below to see how Picture Perfect takes care of everything from collection to digitization and delivery.

1

Place Your Order

Start by paying the $20 minimum order amount to confirm your order. This is not an additional fee — the $20 will be deducted from your final total.

2

Choose Pickup or Drop-Off

Choose Home Pickup and we'll arrange to collect your photos, or select Self Drop-Off and bring them directly to Picture Perfect.

3

We Count & Digitize Your Photos

There's no need to count your photos beforehand. We carefully count and professionally scan your collection into high-quality digital files while handling your originals with care.

4

We Calculate Your Final Price

Once digitization is complete, your final price is calculated according to the actual number of photos digitized and the applicable pricing tier.

5

Pay the Remaining Balance

The $20 you paid when placing your order is deducted from your final bill. You only pay the remaining balance.

Example: If we digitize 300 photos and your total is $45, you've already paid $20, so your remaining balance is $25.

6

Receive Your Digital Memories

Your original photos are returned to you along with your newly digitized memories, ready to view, preserve and share with your family for generations to come.

Simple. Safe. Transparent. You only pay for the photos we actually digitize.
